CDS-Spread as Rating

Found a nice Blogentry which displays the current high CDS Spreads in the market. CDS stands for Credit Default Swap, its basically an insurance against the Default of a the issuer of a paper (i.e. the case the issuer doesn't pay back the debt). You can buy such insurance also for countries.

I found in the Computer Science Forum a link to an India Blog: interndia which is kind of a different point of view than my blog, he is describing his internship which he is doing in Bangalore, I think it's a good idea to link it from here.

Many of my Blogposts are written a bit humorous but especially in India not everything is funny. This post is dedicated for the more serious things, however its important that you dont lose your grim sense of humor even on this.
